Available for your days of teleworking or for your leisure time, the wifi is accessible throughout the house. The code will be provided to you at your entrance.

In autonomous arrival, the keys are available in a key box so the code will be sent to you upon your arrival on the premises. A personalized guide in the colors of the Mas is available on site explaining to you the operation of the house and its interior and exterior equipment as well as the rules of procedure and its discharges accepted at the time of the rental of the Mas. Tourist guides are also available to give you ideas for outings. We are of course at your disposal at any time by email or telephone to inform you, help you or answer any question that can make your stay even more pleasant!

Our Mas is above all a family home. Thus, all equipment for infants, young children or adolescents is provided so that you can relieve yourself of this during your transport. If you are missing any equipment, do not hesitate to let us know!

When resting, the pool is covered. In summer, it is secured with a fence. Please note that the fence does not exclude the supervision of a responsible adult. A child should never be left alone, even for a few seconds. It can indeed drown in less than 3 minutes in barely 20 cm of water and without a sound. Equip it with armbands and / or floats adapted to its size. And this as soon as he is near the swimming pool. Be sure to put the phone, pole and buoy near the pool to anticipate as quickly as possible. In a family home, we are intractable on this point on which we ask you to watch scrupulously if you have young children.

In summer, the Côte d’Azur enjoys favorable weather. The Mas has the particularity of keeping a pleasant temperature inside. In addition, the majority of windows are equipped with mosquito nets, which allows you to ventilate the rooms in summer without mosquitoes being able to bother you. In winter, the house is heated by electric heaters. We call for everyone's responsibility through reasoned use to adjust the heaters according to the rooms you use.

For ecological reasons, we have chosen not to install air conditioning because its releases of refrigerant gases promote global warming. On the other hand, the Mas can keep a pleasant constant temperature in summer thanks to the closing of the shutters present on the majority of the windows. Mobile fans are also present in number in the house.

Pets under 10 kg are welcome. For companions above this weight, we thank you for asking us by phone or email so that we can validate the feasibility together. We obviously count on the honesty of travelers to respect this request even in free arrival.

Towels are provided.However, we do not provide bed linen that you will need to take in your luggage. If you would like extra bed linen and towels, do not hesitate to ask us so that we can tell you the cost of the rental.

YES. When you make your reservation, you are booking for the entire domain. You will thus be the only tenants during your stay. The annexes are present according to the number of people present at the reservation.
